Responsibilities :

• Propose new maintenance schedules,

• analyse and improve existing maintenance plans,

• Improve and implement new maintenance routine,

• Lead teams in level 3 maintenance activities of HVAC installations,

• Perform audits to inspect the integrity of the HVAC installations.

•On site troubleshooting when and wherever required,

• Prepare and perform level 4 and 5 maintenance activities with specialized vendors if deemed necessary,

• Supervise the preparation and executions of level 3 maintenance activities performed by the HVAC teams.

Acting as Project Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to:

Perform basic reservoir engineering analysis and dynamic simulation studies (model initialization, history matching and performance prediction).
Work actively in an integrated project team.
Contacts with the client for data collection and results presentation and discussion.
With access to leading edge technologies and tools, apply new methods and be able to use creativity in field development or re development.
Develop integration between geological, reservoir and geophysical techniques. This integration delivers powerful predictive models to meet current production challenges.
This is an ideal role for an experienced, innovative and ambitious Reservoir Engineer who wishes to be actively contributing to successful development and exploration projects.

• Conduct and oversee tests on flexible pipes,
• establish or improve methods of calculation of behaviour and sizing of flexible pipes, develop software for engineering centers and finally establish and maintain the design rules
• Analyze and model the behaviour of flexible structures,
• Propose validation tests of behaviour of flexible structures, For the tests related to its own studies or at the R&D Project Manager’s request,
• define protocols and means required for the tests,
• prepare and follow-up the tests, interpret the results, Establish and update the rules and procedures of design for flexible pipes,
• Develop and manage the maintenance and improve the Computer Based Design software, Spread rules and software within the profits units, Assist technically the R&D Project Managers,
• Follow-up the technical developments within the manufacturing Units, the knowledge development within the materials expert group, the French Petroleum Institute and other external centres of engineering,
• Apply and promote the Group values charter, Apply, respect, enforce together the company rules and safety rules.

Qualification:

• An engineering degree level or equivalent,
• English Fluent,
• first professional experience,
• Knowledge in mechanic and materials,
• Practical thinking,
• Able to summarize,
• Ability to follow up several project simultaneously,
• General Knowledge in hydrodynamics,
• Good engineering skills,
• Able to manage several projects simultaneously in the respect of deadlines

Within a dedicated project team, the HSE Manager will be responsible for successful delivery of those elements of the business case within her/his area of purview, including:

• HSE leadership throughout the project’s operating sites,
• Development and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project’s legal and regulatory environment, and ensure that effective means are in place to ensure the project’s full compliance with applicable code,
• standards, laws and permits, Ensure that comprehensive HSE management plans are established and implemented throughout the project organization, including  contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers,
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the HSE risks associated with the planned construction/ installation activities. Ensure that appropriate risk mitigation measures are established and maintained,
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the project’s HSE commitments, and ensure that measures are established to fulfill those commitments,
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the HSE budget and ensure that the HSE team manages its work to preclude negative cost and/or schedule variance,
• Ensure that the EPC contractor employs processes to promote the proactive management of HSE.

Qualifications:

A strong technical HSE education with significant experience in both Oil & Gas business or industries is a prerequisite, added to an experience on a construction site.

• Strong personal commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy and environmentally sound workplace,
• Proven track record in successful HSE management,
• Extensive experience managing in culturally diverse environments,
• Good communications skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure, with tight deadlines,
• Proven track record in successful delivery of large projects within oil and gas sector,
• Thorough knowledge of international best practice in the HSE management ,
• Ability to work as a team member in a geographically-diverse cross functions organization,
• Proven ability to negotiate and mediate,
• Significant prior experience working for an EPC or EPCM contractor is an asset,
• French language skills are ideal.
